YOUR SPARE ACRES. OUR DEMAND.
You already run the yard: the gate, the fence, the ground. List the capacity you are not using on GateHog and we sell it by the night, the week and the month, to truck drivers, fleets and people storing a car, an RV or a boat. You set the rates. Listing is free, and we earn only when it books.
Taken today across the network: Truck / trailer 24 yards · Car / motorcycle 18 yards · RV / camper 24 yards · Boat 24 yards
HOW IT WORKS FOR AN OPERATOR
LIST IT FREE
No signup fee, no monthly fee, no buildout. The listing lives in the GateHog app: where the yard is, what it takes, photos, your rates and where the payout goes. It then goes live or comes to us for review, and the app tells you which.
NIGHTS, WEEKS, MONTHS
Pick the terms you rent and price each size you take. A term you leave blank is simply not offered, so spare rows can sell by the night while long-term tenants stay on monthly.
MORE THAN TRUCKS
Tick what your ground takes: trucks and trailers, cars and motorcycles, RVs, boats. Renters on GateHog search by what they are storing, so the same acres show up for each.
YOUR RATES
You set every rate. Our default share is 30% of a booking made through GateHog, taken out of the payout and never billed to you. A yard can be set to its own rate, agreed with us.
PAID THROUGH STRIPE
Payouts go to your own Stripe Connect account. You set it up in Stripe's hosted flow, so GateHog never sees your bank details, and card bookings pay out to it directly.
FLEET DEMAND
Companies run their drivers' monthly spots and company invoices from one GateHog company account, so your yard is bookable by fleets as well as by single drivers.
YARDS ON GATEHOG TODAY
Three yards listed on GateHog, from the air. Each is run by the operator named under it.

GATES AND ACCESS
Today a driver's gate code is on their booking in the GateHog app, and they enter it at your keypad. Integrations with gate systems are on our roadmap. If your site runs one, talk to us.
RUNNING MORE THAN ONE SITE?
Terminals, multi-yard operators and anyone with acres to spare: write to us with where the ground is and how much of it sits empty. A person reads every one.
